Sabine performed exceedingly well in representing our organization (east side neighborhood services) to market, negotiate, sell and close on the disposition of one of our major assets, a commercial building directly across from our headquarters in northeast Minneapolis. She handled the coordination with the purchaser's agent objectively and directed the closing process to ensure all appropriate steps were taken to meet legal and financial requirements. She kept us well informed during the sale and advised us on multiple bids and creditworthiness of each prospective buyer.
